Helix turned 24 years of B2B go-to-market practice into free tools your team runs in Claude, ChatGPT or a browser. When you need more, Shashwat leads the work.
A real answer from the ICP Intelligence connector. The question gave no match rate or share, so the tool used labelled examples.
A career spent running GTM. Now it runs as tools.
From VP Marketing at Happay and VP Performance Marketing at Locus to Fractional CMO at FieldAssist and advisor to QuantumStreet AI, Shashwat Ghosh has run B2B go-to-market from the inside. The frameworks he uses with clients, EPIC, IMPACT and CRAFT, now run as tools anyone can use.

The real answer GTM Alpha gives for this fictional company. Scores run from 1 to 10. It is a first pass: add retention, market size, deal source and region for a fuller score.
Scores the four EPIC go-to-market motions from 1 to 10 with Shashwat Ghosh's documented rubric and names the one to lead with. The web app gives a 180 day plan; in Claude you choose 30, 60 or 90 days.
Eight planning tools: a product-market fit scorecard, launch plans, interview guides, retention, partner and crisis playbooks, battle cards and a CRAFT review of GTM documents.
Eight content tools: case studies, newsletters, webinar scripts, repurposed posts, thought leadership series, testimonial requests, sales content and a CRAFT review of drafts.
Eight positioning tools on the IMPACT framework: champions, alternatives, value, market anchor, message and execution, plus a full audit and the framework guide.
Nine ideal customer profile tools: deep dive, scoring model, buying group, TAM, SAM and SOM, lookalikes, account priorities, gaps, changes over time and interview themes.
B2B Sales Enablement is a free Claude plugin with three skills for sellers: a proposal and deck builder that can copy a client's brand from a sample file, a competitive battle card builder that marks what it cannot source, and a meeting prep and debrief skill for any sales, client or investor meeting.
B2B Customer Success is a free Claude plugin with five skills built on the GUARD framework: Gauge account health, Uplift expansion, Activate onboarding, Review with a QBR, and Defend the renewal.
Checked on 27 September 2026: 12,030 figures in 337 test answers from all 48 tools. Every one came from the input or carries the label "Example figure: replace with your own".
When are these tools not the right fit?
When you need live market, competitor or CRM data: every tool works only from what you give it, and none reads a CRM or looks anything up.
When you want finished, publish-ready documents: the tools give you drafts, with placeholders where you gave no fact.
When you need saved history or shared workspaces: the connectors keep nothing you send.
When you only use the Claude or ChatGPT chat apps and want the plugins: plugins run in Claude Code or Cowork.
When your website is not in English: the AEO toolkit is built for English-language websites.
When the tools are not enough, work with Shashwat directly.
No. Each connector has a web app: fill in a form in your browser and press Run, or press Fill in an example first. To use the tools inside Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector, and paste the link from the tool's Use it in Claude page. ChatGPT takes the same link as a custom connector. The plugins need Claude Code or Cowork.
What does it cost?
The tools are free. The connectors need no account or sign-in, the plugins install free from GitHub, and GTM Alpha is free during testing. For work with Shashwat, book a discovery call on the Let's get started page.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency sells hours and decks. These tools put the frameworks Shashwat uses with clients (EPIC, IMPACT and CRAFT) in your team's hands, to run on your own numbers whenever you need them. When you need leadership or judgement beyond the tools, you can work with Shashwat directly as a Fractional CMO.
Do the tools make up numbers?
No. Each connector tool applies fixed rules in its code to what you enter, and no AI model writes its answer. A number you give is used as you gave it, and any other figure carries a label. The check under the tools above gives the latest count.
Where does my data go?
The connectors keep nothing you send: each answer is built in that request and not stored. The plugins run inside your own Claude session. On this website, the Let's get started form is stored by Netlify, the host, and emailed to Shashwat, and Google Analytics and Ahrefs count visits. The privacy page has the details.
Can I hire Shashwat?
Yes. Shashwat Ghosh is Co-Founder and Fractional CMO, Helix GTM Consulting. The Services page says how a Fractional CMO engagement starts; tell us where your GTM is stuck on the Let's get started page, and Shashwat reads every request himself.
